Scripture
Luke 10:17-24
- Because our names are written in heaven, we don’t have to flinch on earth.
Authority (17-19)
- The authority behind our mission is greater than the adversary standing against it.
- Stop fearing what the enemy might do and start trusting what Jesus can do through you.
- You no longer have to be intimidated by the enemy.
Security (20)
- The joy of salvation is greater than the thrill of spiritual success.
- Don’t focus more on what you can do for Jesus than what He’s done for you.
- You no longer have to wonder where you’ll spend eternity.
Responsibility (21-24)
- The triune God has graciously given ordinary people the extraordinary privilege of knowing Him.
- Stop assuming you have to be an expert before you can be His witness.
- You no longer have to be sidelined by inadequacy.
