Die to Self (9:23)

You cannot say yes to Jesus without saying no to yourself.
A past decision is no substitute for ongoing discipleship.

Die to Gain (9:24-25)

If gaining what you want costs you who you are, you’ve lost more than you’ve gained.
The world promises life while slowly taking yours.

Die to Approval (9:26-27)

If you won’t stand by His words, you’re not standing with Jesus.
Don’t trade His future glory for their present approval.
