The M2 Project:
Mobilize and Maximize
Preparing for the Future
In the last seven years, our average attendance has tripled. Some of our worship services are over 80% capacity and we cannot sustain another year of growth in our existing space. Our family ministry spaces are reaching maximum capacity. We’re running out of Gospel Group classrooms. This city isn’t slowing down, and neither are the needs around us. We can’t afford to turn anyone away at the door. So what do we do?
A Changing Landscape,
An Unchanged Mission
Eighteen members gather together in a log cabin as a church plant from Brushy Creek Baptist Church.
The cast iron bell in our steeple is purchased with funds from the boys’ Sunday School class.
As the church continues to grow, Sunday School rooms are added to the church’s building and the church’s first budget of $1,250 is submitted to the church.
Farmers during the Great Depression donate the proceeds from their best acre of land to keep the church open.
Rocky Creek burns to the ground.
The present sanctuary is built with a loan of $175,000.
220 Rocky Creek Road is purchased to serve as a mission house for missionaries returning from the field.

2025 Pledge Campaign
Supporting the Vision
Just as those early disciples mobilized and maximized the resources God had given them, we must now step up to do the same. In 2025, you will have the opportunity to pledge a financial amount towards a building campaign.
