Mentoring Concepts

You know more than you think you do.
You’ve experienced more than you can remember.
The Word of God and the Spirit of God are more powerful than you give them credit.

Mentoring Steps

Find someone within proximity to mentor.
Establish the expectations and rhythms.
Discover where they are and where they need to be.
Use the Bible and your life to help instruct them.
