Every Space Tells a Story

Every Sunday, hundreds of cars pull into the Rocky Creek parking lot.
Each one represents a story: a family, a testimony, a person God has brought here for a purpose.

But what if these spaces represented more than attendance?
What if each space told a story of trust? What if it represented a group of people who believe God can do more with 90 percent than we could ever do with 100?

Statistics show that the average church member nationwide gives about 2.5 percent of their income to their church.
If that’s true here, only a small portion of our parking lot represents what our giving might currently look like.

But imagine if every family in each parking space tithed, giving a full ten percent.
Our offerings wouldn’t just increase a little; they would quadruple.

If all of our congregation trusted God with the tithe, our annual giving would provide resources four times as much as we currently receive. We are talking millions of dollars.That’s not just numbers; that’s resources for discipleship, next-generation ministry, and gospel impact across our city and around the world.

This isn’t about money. It’s about worship; it’s about stewardship; it’s about saying, “God, You’ve given us everything we have, and we trust You with everything we have.”

We are prayerfully moving toward a new sanctuary and further campus expansion.
While the price tag is great, here’s the truth. If our entire church family had been tithing these last few years:

• We wouldn’t have to raise money.
• We wouldn’t have to pledge money.
• We wouldn’t have to borrow money.
• We would have already covered the cost of this massive undertaking through what God had already provided, through our collective generosity.

This project isn’t too big.
Our giving has been too small.
And this initiative isn’t just for those already parked here; it’s for the ones yet to come.

Every space tells a story, and it’s time for every one of us to play our part in God’s.
